FAQ - Shipping and Returns
When will my order ship?
If your item is a pre-order, it will be noted on the product page with the most up to date information. Please refer to the product page for the estimated shipping date instead of e-mailing. Vinyl is extremely backed up these days due to the ongoing effects of COVID-19, the war in Russia, supply shortages, etc. so your patience is much appreciated.
Additionally there is only ONE person who runs BP. Not just for order fulfillment but one person total with occasional help so the more “when will my order ship” e-mails to answer, the less time I have for making awesome records. Thank you for understanding.
All in-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days of being placed.
Can I cancel my unshipped order?
Yes, unshipped orders may be canceled with a 10% reduction from your refund. We strive to put our best foot forward when fulfilling every order, and managing those orders - even in a narrow window between an order and a cancellation - demands time and resources from the label. If you are unsure about whether you want a specific item or color or need to change a shipping date, we can always accommodate but if you cancel after placing an order we will have to charge the cancellation fee for any orders placed on Bandcamp or our official site. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I add to an existing order or combine orders?
We will do our best to accommodate order edits provided your order(s) has/have not already shipped. Please send all order edit requests to info@brutalpandarecords.com. Be sure to include your name, order number(s), and your edit request. We will address your request within 48 hours.
Do you offer shipping insurance on your orders?
We are working on adding an insurance option to add to all orders placed on Bandcamp and our official website. Until then, please add $3 (orders under $100) or $5 (orders over $100) with a note on your order requesting insurance.
Without insurance, BP cannot be responsible for orders that are damaged by the post office or UPS.
I have a specific question about my order.

For wholesale inquiries email info@brutalpandarecords.com. We are officially distributed through Deathwish. If you are already a customer of theirs, please contact them directly.
Europeans can also find our releases through various mail orders on the continent like Medication Time, Deathwish Europe, and more to come!
Do downloads come with physical orders?
Yes. Corresponding Bandcamp download codes are provided for physical orders via email after checkout. Codes are typically sent within an hour of purchase. Please direct all questions about downloads to info@brutalpandarecords.com.
Do your titles include digital downloads?
All products purchased from our Bandcamp store include digital downloads. Some older physical pressings include download codes. You can reach out to info@brutalpandarecords.com if you made a purchase and did not receive on. Please be patient for a response.
What is Eco-Mix Vinyl?
Eco-wax is recycled vinyl without sacrificing any quality. This is a method where the plant uses left-over pellets from other jobs and mixes them all together. It creates unique colors and means every single record will be one of a kind. Most importantly, it reduces waste and our carbon footprint at the same time. Brutal Panda is committed to limiting our environmental impact anywhere we can and hope our listeners can do the same.
I am a journalist and I’m interested in covering a BP release or artist. How do I go about doing that?
All promo requests should be sent to info@brutalpandarecords.com under the subject heading “PRESS REQUEST” and are considered on a case-by-case basis by Brutal Panda staff. Please provide some info on your media outlet via weblink. If we’re interested in working with you, we’ll reach out. We appreciate the interest.
I run a label, can we trade?
Generally, no, but in some cases we’ll consider. Email info@brutalpandarecords.comwith the subject heading “LABEL TRADE REQUEST.” Thanks for the interest.
Are you hiring or offering internships?
We’re a small, independent label, so staffing is minimal and hired as-needed. Feel free to reach out to info@brutalpandarecords.com with your resume attached, and we’ll be happy to reach out if there is an opportunity or internship.
I want to license a Brutal Panda release or song for a movie / tv show / commercial etc.
